There are those employers who talk a lot. And those who simply MAke things happen. And that is exactly what we expect of our staff, the MAkers of tomorrow. Right now, we are working together to drive the innovations in automation of tomorrow and leave our MArk.
In the fast-paced age of digitization and automation, you need an employer you can rely on 100%. That is why character is just what we are looking for. We need each and every one of our MAkers to examine our projects critically and contribute their ideas – whether on a small scale with their own work or on a large scale, impacting the entire company. Not just incidentally, but on general principle. It is the only way to rethink challenges and tackle them differently – MAking them better and better.
We not only talk about problems in automation, we solve them. Our employees all have one thing in common: the MAker gene.
“Would”, “could”, “should” – we don’t know the meaning of those words MA micro automation has a special breed of employees who do not just MAke the odd thing happen – they MAke sure they achieve their goals. They not only see the opportunities – they achieve. Whether on a large or small scale. It is only thanks to people who MAke things happen that MA micro automation will continue to be successful.
We work on the future of automation technology and special mechanical engineering every single day. We live the values that MAke the difference.
With our global presence, we are the ones to get in touch with when it comes to intelligent automation solutions in the core areas of medical devices and visual inspection.
Our employees stand for quality and creativity and they are deeply concerned with having satisfied customers. We are inspired by our customers’ requirements and their economic success.
We are respectful and fair. Passionate and successful. Creative and original. Reliable and quality-conscious.
