Spare Parts

The basis for an efficient spare parts supply is the replacement and consumable parts list contained in the system documentation.

The spare parts can be replaced by employees of MA micro automation GmbH or by the customer themselves during service or repair assignment.

Together with our customer we define a spare parts package (First Aid Kit) during the SAT.

This package contains consumable parts and parts in contact with the product/workpiece.

Training, Modifications & Relocations

Trainings

To work 100% productively from day one, MA micro automation GmbH offers training courses for setting up machines, operation, troubleshooting, adjustment of modules etc.

Modifications

MA micro automation GmbH offers modifications of systems and machines, e.g. the modification of a product line. These can also be non-MA micro automation GmbH systems or machines.

Relocations

The relocation of a system can take place within a hall, the premises or even to another company location and is completely handled by MA micro automation GmbH.

The Augmented Automation service solution brings us into a new era. This means audio-visually supported remote maintenance of systems as well as interactive training of employees. Using novel, industrial Smart Glasses (data glasses) and intelligent software applications, a user can communicate bidirectionally with a remote expert in the easiest and at the same time most secure way.
